EXPERIENCE

What is Sensory Feast and what can I expect? Sensory Feast is a transformative dining experience where food becomes a multisensory journey. Using state-of-the-art projection technology, your table is transformed into a living stage of immersive visuals that evolve with each course. As taste, smell, sight, and sound combine in perfect harmony, each dish becomes part of a larger story. Sensory Feast is more than a meal — it’s a banquet for all the senses.
How long does the experience last? The experience lasts approximately 1.5 hours
Can I buy drinks on-site? During the experience, you will be able to order drinks. In addition, the hotel has a restaurant where you can enjoy drinks before and after the experience.
Is the food included in the ticket price? Yes, your ticket includes a carefully curated 3-course menu as part of the experience.
Who can use a child ticket? Child tickets are for guests between 6 and 12 years old. These tickets cannot be purchased individually; they must be bought together with a general admission ticket.
Will there be strobe lights? There will be no strobe lights, but the experience includes dynamic, moving visual projections on the table and surroundings.
Can diners at the same table choose different menus? Yes, each diner may select a different menu.
Can the menu be customized? We do our best to accommodate most dietary restrictions and special requests. Once you purchase your tickets, you will receive a form to select your preferred menu and note any allergies. Please indicate your specific needs in that form, and our team will do its best to assist you and adapt the selected menu.
What language is the experience in? The experience is hosted in Spanish, but it is mainly visual.

TICKETS

Do I need to print my ticket? No, you don’t need to print anything. Simply show your Fever ticket(s) in the app or the confirmation email upon arrival.
Are refunds allowed? Refunds are not allowed. Date and/or time changes are permitted up to 48 hours before the originally purchased event start time and are subject to availability. Please contact us directly here to change your ticket.
Where can I get tickets?
Can I make a group reservation? Yes, you can select a group ticket on the event page when making your reservation. For private sessions or large groups, click here.
Can I buy a ticket at the venue? No, tickets cannot be purchased at the venue. All tickets must be purchased in advance through the app or website (www.feverup.com) before attending the event.
Can I transfer my ticket to someone else? Yes, you can transfer your ticket to anyone for free. Simply click “Transfer tickets” on your ticket in the Fever app. Contact us for further help and include your order number.
I can’t find my ticket — what should I do? You can find your QR code ticket in the Fever app under the Tickets section. If you don’t have the app, you can download it from the Apple Store or Google Play. Make sure you log in with the same account used to purchase the tickets. If you still can’t find it, contact us.
How do I reserve a ticket for my companion/carer?

Carers may attend the event free of charge by presenting the appropriate documentation at the entrance. We accept, among others:

  • Medium or higher DLA for care and/or mobility.

  • Personal Independence Payment (PIP) statement.

  • Severe visual impairment certificate.

  • CredAbility Access Card with +1 category requirement.

The guest requiring assistance must have a valid ticket.

THE VENUE

Is the venue wheelchair accessible? Yes, the venue is accessible.
Is there a minimum age to attend? Yes, the event is for ages 6 and over. Guests under 18 must be accompanied by a ticket-holding adult.
When should I arrive? Doors open 15 minutes before the start of the experience.
What if I arrive late? Entry will not be permitted once the show has started, as it would disrupt the experience for other attendees and the setup of the event. Please be punctual.
Will there be restrooms available at the venue? Yes, restrooms will be available and regularly cleaned and disinfected.
Where will the experience take place? The experience will take place in the Sala Allegro inside the Meliá Casa de las Artes hotel, located at Calle Atocha, 83, Centro, 28012 Madrid, Spain.
Is the event indoors or outdoors? The experience takes place indoors.
Is parking available? The hotel does not have parking, but there are several public parking lots nearby, as well as regulated street parking in the surrounding area.
Are service animals allowed? Yes, service animals are welcome inside the venue. However, no other pets or animals are allowed.
Can I bring my own food or drinks? No outside food or drinks are allowed.
Can I smoke or vape during the experience? Smoking and vaping are not allowed inside the venue.
Is there air conditioning? Yes, the venue is air-conditioned.
Is there a coat check or lockers? There is no coat check or lockers available. If you need to store an item, please contact the hotel directly to check your request.
What should I do if I forget something at the venue? If you leave something behind at the event, you should call or visit the venue to check if your item has been found.
Can I take photos or record the experience? Yes, guests are welcome to take photos and/or record the experience.

ACCESS

Do I need to arrive at the start of my scheduled session? Please arrive at the time stated on your ticket; late entry is not permitted.
Can I bring animals? Are service dogs allowed? Unfortunately, no pets are allowed in this event’s location, though we do welcome service animals.
Is the venue accessible? Yes, the event is being held in an accessible venue.
What are the prohibited items at the experience? No outside food or beverages, alcohol, professional photography or videography equipment, or illegal/dangerous substances or materials.
Can I book a ticket for my caretaker? Guests requiring assistance throughout the experience are entitled to apply for 1 free pass for their caretaker. Once you have purchased your ticket (it is essential to hold a valid ticket before applying), please contact us for more information.
Is the experience accessible for deaf/visually impaired people? Unfortunately, this experience could not be adapted for the visually and/or hearing impaired. We are doing our best to make all of our experiences inclusive and recommend that you take a look at other experiences in your city.
Are there chairs available? Can I be seated during the experience/exhibition? This is a seated experience, so seating will be available for every guest.
Will restrooms be available on site? This venue has restrooms—please ask our staff on site for indications.
Can I take photos or record the experience? Feel free to take photos and share them. When taking photos, please make sure not to disturb other customers. Professional equipment and tripods are not permitted.
Is there a Lost & Found? We would recommend to ask the staff at the venue if they have found your belongings. If you cannot ask them on site, please contact us.
Is coat check available? Unfortunately, this venue has no coat check.
Is there an age requirement? This experience only allows guests above 6 years old.
Will there be an audio guide? Unfortunately, this experience does not include an audio guide.
