EXPERIENCE
What is Sensory Feast and what can I expect?
Sensory Feast is a transformative dining experience where food becomes a multisensory journey. Using state-of-the-art projection technology, your table is transformed into a living stage of immersive visuals that evolve with each course. As taste, smell, sight, and sound combine in perfect harmony, each dish becomes part of a larger story. Sensory Feast is more than a meal — it's a banquet for all the senses.
How long does the experience last?
The experience lasts approximately 1.5 hours.
Can I buy drinks on-site?
During the experience, you will be able to order drinks. In addition, the hotel has a restaurant where you can enjoy drinks before and after the experience.
Is the food included in the ticket price?
No. The ticket only includes the event reservation per person. Both the menu and drinks must be paid for at the venue. The price of the chicken, fish, and vegetarian menus is €35 per person, while the meat menu is priced at €38 per person. All menus include a starter, main course, and dessert. Drinks are not included and must also be paid for at the venue at the end of the experience.
Will there be strobe lights?
There will be no strobe lights, but the experience includes dynamic, moving visual projections on the table and surroundings.
Will I be able to sit with my group?
We do our best to seat attendees who purchase tickets under the same reservation together. If your group purchased tickets separately, please inform us in advance so we can try to seat you together. Seating is assigned on a first-come, first-served basis.
Can diners at the same table choose different menus?
Yes, each diner may select a different menu.
Can the menu be customized?
We try to accommodate most dietary restrictions and allergies by adapting the menu whenever possible. However, depending on the type and severity of the intolerance or allergy, the adapted menu may differ significantly from the original experience, which may affect the gastronomic experience as it was originally conceived.
Once your tickets have been purchased, you will receive a form where you can select the type of menu for the experience and specify your allergies or dietary restrictions. It is essential that this form is completed clearly, thoroughly, and in detail, in order for us to manage your allergies safely and avoid any incidents.
If, for any reason, you are unable to complete the form, please contact us here.
In cases of common allergies such as gluten, lactose, or nuts, the menu may be adapted while preserving, as much as possible, the narrative and conceptual coherence of the experience. However, in situations involving multiple or particularly complex allergies, we cannot guarantee that the menu can be adapted to the guest's needs. In cases where an adaptation is possible, it may require significant changes to the menu, resulting in a loss of coherence with the original story and concept of the experience.
For this reason, if you have multiple allergies or severe allergies, we kindly ask that you contact us here before completing your purchase, so that we can assess the feasibility of adapting the menu. Our team will do its utmost to assist you within the limitations of the experience.
We strongly recommend reviewing the allergen information before purchasing your ticket here.
What language is the experience in?
The experience is hosted in Spanish, but it is mainly visual.
